How to use T2 Remote app

Below are instructions on how to use the T2 Remote by downloading the app on your smartphone.

Apple Mobile Device

  1. Open the App Store®.
  2. In the search box type "T2 Remote."
  3. Tap GET to download the app to your mobile device.

Android Mobile Device

  1. Open the Google Play™ store.
  2. In the search box type "T2 Remote."
  3. Tap INSTALL to download the app to your mobile device.
  1. In a quiet environment, open the T2 Remote app on your smartphone.
  2. Make the desired hearing aid adjustment by tapping the Program, Volume, or Mute/Unmute buttons.
  3. The hearing aid will play a tone. Hold the smartphone up to the ear to ensure the hearing aids pick up the tone and perform the adjustment.

    NOTE: If the hearing aid did not pick up the tone, adjust the Phone speaker volume and try making the desired hearing aid adjustment again.

  4. Move the smartphone to the other ear and repeat steps 2 and 3.
